陈跃辉，男，汉族，福建漳州人，1962年出生，教授，硕士生导师，2006-2015年曾任系副主任、副院长。

主要研究领域：数值代数、矩阵论及其应用（图矩阵、微分方程数值解）

主要学习、工作经历: 1983年毕业于华东师范大学数学系，获理学学士学位。1983年至1984年在福建省教育科学研究所工作；从1984年9月至今,一直 在闽南师大数统学院任教，其间1986年至1988年到复旦大学数学系计算数学助教班学习,1996年至1997年到厦门大学数学系硕士研究生课程班学习，2002年至2003年作为访问学者到华东师范大学学习。

主要成就：主持福建省自然科学基金项目1项，省教育厅科研项目2项，学校科研项目3项，参与省自然科学基金和教育厅科研项目多项，在专业学术刊物上发表论文30多篇；主持省级本科教学质量工程建设项目2项。
